Where do I start, there is so much to see and do in this beautiful city. Canada Place is in the heart of Vancouver Downtown Harbour. This is the cruise ship terminal for Vancouver. The main shopping area not far from Canada Place has some restaurants and a nice vibe.
Take in a harbor cruise to see the city skyline from a different angle. Kick your heels up at one of the many night spots.
Stanley Park is the main park in Vancouver and a major attraction. With beaches, an aquarium, pool, water park, miniature railway, over 1000 acres of fun is it any wonder it is a major attraction. There are regular bus services to Stanley Park from downtown Vancouver.
Visit Gastown in Old Vancouver. Shopping, restaurants, have it all in Gastown. Walk along the cobbled streets and soak up the atmosphere, many photo opportunities with the old victorian buildings. You will be spoiled for choice for dining with over 40 restaurants in Gastown.
Vancouver Island is home to The Butchart Gardens, 55 acres of floral displays. To get to the gardens its approximately a 1 1/2 hour ferry ride from Vancouver Ferry Terminal.
Grouse Mountain also known as the Peak of Vancouver is the closest ski resort to the city.
